What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet is facing the camera. Close-ups of the face look best. Avoid blurry, dark or very small photos.

11 oz and 15 oz glossy white ceramic mugs.
Is the mug dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes. Our mugs are lead and BPA free and safe for the dishwasher and microwave.
Where are the mugs made?
Every mug is printed to order and shipped from the USA.
How long does shipping take?
Each mug is made just for you, so we print it after you order. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
