Every PawMornings mug is printed to order in the USA, just for you. Here's what to expect after you place your order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Production time

Because each mug is personalized, it takes 1–2 business days to print before it ships.

Shipping rates and delivery

• Standard shipping: $6.99
• Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more
• Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after your order is placed

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or because of carrier delays.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your mug ships.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll fix it. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy and contact us — we'll make it right.
